Home styling is staging for furnished homes. Market styling is designed to both highlight your home’s best features, and help buyers envision themselves happily ensconced therein.

Taking the time to style your home speeds the time between listing and sale, and results in maximum value for your property.

I offer both styling consultations and full service styling services for furnished homes.

Styling your home to list can feel overwhelming, but it doesn’t need to be. Most homeowners have everything they need (and much more) already. Figuring out what to store, where to paint, and what to highlight is what I do best.

A home styling consultation is a detailed walk through your home, where we look at each room and its contents, and discuss the timeline you’ve set for the sale. I will take photos and notes, and we may even move a thing or two. This time includes conversational suggestions for what to do in each room of your home, and options for what to do next. I offer a variety of services around helping you style your home, such as rearranging and decorating, choosing paint colors, sourcing furnishings and accessories that can move with you, and coordinating with your contractor as needed. I am happy to include an estimate of time and cost for additional help with your home, or for creating a personalized guide for you to use on your own if you are interested in this option.

I also offer services for downsizing.

This time includes conversational suggestions for what to do in each room of your home, and options for what to do next – whether you choose to go it alone from there, have me design a step-by-step guide to assist you on your own, we work together to improve the value and presentation of your home, or I handle the project in its entirety.
